Quilted Rooftops - Rooftops on existing buildings are reinvented as a private space for each country’s section. These will provide a chance of casual interactions, as well as controlled levels of privacy. Differentiating Public Levels - The building will have three different levels in terms of the degree of intimacy. Garden in the centre will be publicly open, while terrace and rooftops play more private parts. |
