This project is mainy driven by the idea of 'indeterminacy'. It has two major indeterminate exterior spaces: the public garden on the ground floor and the community terrace on the first floor. They are homogeneous spaces in general, with minimal settings for the unpredictable interactions that will happen in the garden, for both the unspecified public and the residents in tenancy. They are indeterminate in terms of the fact that they are left 'empty', but at the same time they are determinate as some elements, modular sitting plates and the irregular form itself for instance, are set in detail to intrigue unexpected activities.
