The basic layer of the pavilion is composed of red fabric, red string and clips.

The surface is intended to be tangled and wrinkled, creating irregular patterns as an analogy of complexity. Initially lightings were to be installed on the top level to highlight the depth and the width of fabric, as well as various patterns of the material.

On the inner surface of the fabric layer, images are printed and displayed. In the centre of the pavilion, a dish of red hot Korean food was proposed but later cancelled due to health & safety issues.
