| IYOG Mobile Museum Temporary Mobile Museum for 2012 Innsbruck Youth Olympic Games, Austria, 2011-2012, GFA 30㎡, Curated by SUUM, interactive installation by Everyware, sponsored by Samsung, initial collaboration with JAI-A. This temporary museum is an interactive learning centre for the history and the heroes of the Winter Olympic Games, scheduled to follow the torch relay routes of Innsbruck 2012 Winter Youth Olympic Games. The museum is built on an expandable trailer unit. The exterior is partially coverd with chrome reflection sheet films, which makes the museum blended into the changing urban landscape, while representing both the nature of the country and the backdrops of the Games with the simplfied images of snowy mountain ranges. It has been intended as a clear expression of the embeddedness between nature and culture. |
