Climbing House A House for... Internation Competition shortlisted, Lake District, UK, 2013, GFA 413㎡
This imaginary private house is dedicated to Owen Glynne Jones, a British rock climber who is now considered to be one of the first “rock athlete”. The project brings him back to the present day, an energetic man in his late 30s, married, still eager for adventure. Now that he is willing to settle in the beautiful landscape of Lake District with his wife, he wants his new home to be somewhat like what he has been enjoying. |
